Delete your MathsLen account

Option 1: in the app (instant)

  1. Open MathsLen AI and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Delete Account, enter your password and confirm.

Option 2: by email

If you can't sign in, email princenk3@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my MathsLen account". We will delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your account, profile, learning history, quiz results, AI tutor conversations, referral records, wallet and withdrawal details, and any unclaimed wallet balance. This cannot be undone.

What we may keep

We may keep records of completed payouts where the law requires it, for up to 6 years. Google Play purchase records are held by Google, not by MathsLen.
